Hello everyone!
i installed with this efi on my DELL.
I can't get the trackpad, keyboard and touch screen to work.
Can you help me? I try to attach EFI and my ACPI and ioreg
now I try with the EFI of CLOVER, so with windows I solve the problem of starting with the rename.
Clover does not bore windows.
I'll redo the procedure and send you ioreg.
the only setting I had to change in your efi was to activate DisableRTCchecksum because otherwise I have a BIOS PRE bootloader error,
è Disable the kext wifi because otherwise the WIFI runs very slowly
I took all your EFI and put it on SSD.
Then I repeated the procedure by disconnecting the power cable.
Everything works but the rename in ACPI does not start Windows.
I still kept the whole EFI intact, but I haven't had any changes.
If I turn off the PC and turn it back on, it no longer works...
@NorthAmTransAm
Can i try this?
ThunderboltReset.kext https://github.com/osy86/ThunderboltReset/releases
TbtForcePower.efi https://github.com/al3xtjames/ThunderboltPkg/releases For cold boot?
I tried to start Windows WITHOUT OpenCore.
Bypassed OpenCore, and, in any case if I do not turn off the power, the PCIe is not even detected.
NOn is an EFI problem I have to understand what is wrong with the card or the BIOS.
Thanks for EFI!
Yes, it is a Asus Prime Z370A-II and boot only macOS.
Maybe I solved the problem by connecting the PC to a power strip that I turn off every time.
So every time I can simulate the procedure of the power cable being disconnected.
Instead, now I also tried the sleep and after waking up the card is...
now repeating the procedure to unplug the power cord has been recognized.
it works I just have to understand if it remains stable! I am attaching EFI and ioreg
@NorthAmTransAm
but at each shutdown the card is not recognized and I have to repeat the procedure with the power supply cable
@northbabyboy after reboot the pcie TB is ON! But the Apollo Twin X not is detected.
I use Mojave, i try to install the drivers and after reboot not detected :(
