Thanks for your reply, it helped me a lot. From CLOVER UEFI Shell 64, I've just moved everything from EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI (old CLOVER folder) to /EFI/Clover/drivers/UEFI (new folder structure). My Mojave is now booting fine with the new CLOVER :-) Next time, I will take less risk !
