A value of c4096 indicates that no firmware update was patched into the device at all. It would be pretty much functioning in crippled mode.
Also in theory, WiFI and Bluetooth are entirely separate. PCI-E has 3 interfaces which can be used USB, SD-IO or PCI-E.
Your card uses USB for Bluetooth...
Its compiled as the normal BrcmPatchRAM is compiled, cross-compatible between OS X versions.

I've compiled a new version of BrcmPatchRAM with the changes from @GridH.
This is compiled as per default settings against 10.6+ (BrcmPatchRAM) and 10.12+ (BrcmPatchRAM2)
Both debug and release versions attached.
Definitely haven't had the same issue. Migrated all EFI drivers to the new structure and all seems fine.
Also OpenCore with v0.3 seems more stable now and might soon be a production ready alternative.
The new files specify the frame-buffer controller through device property injection, as opposed to SSDT-CONFIG and SSDT-IGPU. So the existing AML's need to be removed first and the following properties should be in config.plist at least:

If you disable WhateverGreen indeed -disablegfxfirmware is required not to have Apple drivers try and update your IGPU firmware. The hash data never returned error is the firmware update failing.

Personally I am quite impressed with how stable OpenCore 0.1 is. But you are right, Clover works just as well at this stage. Let's keep an eye on how either develops. The advantage of OpenCore is that it is a new clean EFI bootloader from scratch, while Clover has significant legacy attached...
With the introduction of OpenCore, I've now committed an OpenCore configuration to the repository.
It would be good to get some feedback from users to see how well it works and what can be improved.
After each update, you have to rebuild the kernel cache in order for the touchpad to work.
Just ensure you rebuild the kernel cache using kext utility or other tools.
Install ComboJack (included in latest update) with ./XPS9360.sh --combo-jack and select the option 'headset' when prompted on plugging in your headset.
