I did followed your instructions, reboot is OK and all USB ports are working properly!
Now, here is my IOreg to determine where Bluetooth is located ;-)

So this morning I did all what you said, but Bluethooth still doesn't work, and had some trouble using USB ports at the back after rebooting (see attached).
So I opened Hackintool, seems like almost all USB connectors are still recognised as USB...
Noted!
And last but not least, Bluetooth doesn’t seem to work anymore (no manager), I have a Fenvi card that worked well on Clover.
Is there a fix with OC for that?

For the BIOS, I can only downgrade to F9 for my z390 Aorus Pro, the F9g or F9i is only for Designare Mobo. Is it still OK?

Yes the OC boot picker appear, but when I select « David » (my main drive where Mojave is installed), I immediately got this error..
Any idea what it is?

I tried to connect my Antelope Goliath HD with Thunderbolt, so I followed your recommended steps :
I enabled VT-d in the BIOS (latest version)
I also disable Thunderbolt Vt-d security in BIOS -> BTW, is it relevant?
I removed dart=0 from Boot arg,
I unchecked disableiomapper in...
