I created new SSDT also try darkwake=0-10, same sleep/wake problem. darkwake=10 is the best config without glitch screen but it keep wakeup from sleep. I did check the wake reason from terminal with following output.

What the darkwake you set? I tired all the method seem it doesn't work for me.

Changed darkwake to 10 seem it work without glitch screen. It won't sleep itself and if I click sleep it in few second it will wakeup from sleep. How to track the sleep record or test the sleep/wake working?

I'm using 4k monitor with Asus GTX 1060 3GB OC. Sometime I get random reboot with this error. Also will get glitching screen after waking from sleep. Did try the solution you give, sometime working but sometime not.
