I found the fix, i uninstall the airport card and then launch fast in 10.6.8 but i tried the same in mavericks and still the problem launch slowly.

i installed from multibeast he NEC/Renesas drivers and put a pen drive and its working, my question is if i have to updated the NEC USB 3.0 host controller firmware to the latest version? maybe its difficult to do it.... thanks
