Pro Tools 10 HD 4 minute to launch

Hi,
i had PT 9 HD working good.
few weeks ago i upgraded to PT 10 HD (legit)
and when PT goes to launch its takes 4 minutes,
i did a test with an ilok with PT 10 and launch fast,
the problem its with PT 10 HD,
my system PT HD 3 (PCI X) Accel.

also i read about network cable plugged, airport,
both i desactivated and still the problem,
trashed preferences , ...

any help or suggestions will appreciated.

I found the fix,
i uninstall the airport card and
then launch fast in 10.6.8
but i tried the same
in mavericks and still the problem launch slowly.
