The case is solved .
I was coping Boot and OC where I have to copy whole EFI .
When I am mounting the boot drive's EFI , it is mounting EFI so I thought EFI is there and I copied Boot and OC that is a mistake .
Seeing the below ... I was doing that .
Now it is solved .

Yeah ,, I deleted 2nd partition ... Identifier remains . Now , boot drive has only one partition with GUID and APFS.
And I have the destination disk1s1 when I use MountEFI . Both cover and mounted is mounting disk1s1.

At first time , I partitioned it in two parts - one as GUID APFS and 2nd as ExFAT ..that might be the reason when I erased by SSD generic name nothing else I have against got...
while erasing , I put "Rana macOS SSD " along with APFS and GUID .
I erased the physical hard drive name CT.....
I deleted a drive showing under the container then erased the whole physical drive named CT ...w which is the generic name
Yes , after my previous post I have done exactly that but no luck.
Obviously BIOS is not seeing boot drive in boot option.
Last time and also my 1st time of successful installation of open core macOS sig Sur , I had this exact problem then I got through by changing a boolean value in config...
no disk1s1 if I run MountEFI
I was trying to partition the SSD into 2 parts - one as boot drive (GUID & APFS ) and 2nd one as data drive (ExFAT). Also, latter I intend to plug in a secondary data (ExFAT) drive to store data only.
I think I am making mistake at partitioning .
Please guide me...
