Hmmm tried that but changed it to todays date. Not to worried BetterZip also has a **** load more options to go with it as well.

I have found out (only today lol) that BetterZip was the only one I could find that was decent that did not overwrite the file dates. Some of them had the option to keep the archive date but over wrote it anyway.

Yes used an unarchiver , replacing all files with date based as per github resolves the issue. :-)

Still nothing for me, It looks like it is picking up the version from the prefs page but not where I want to upgrade.

Awesome work but I have a small issue you maybe able to sort out for me. Either opening up an existing efi folder or creating a complete new oc with your tool it always lists it as External/Internal or Beta for the version, I would not be able to use the upgrade feature when upgrading oc

Download the installer from Here You need a mac to make the installer usb though. I use it on my nuc and everything works.

Best bet is to follow this. Here , Yeah for the sake of people around you please do not dance naked in front of your nuc lol

Mine updated just fine took only maybe 25 mins in total.

No problems here on either my main setup as well as my NUC Hades Canyon (NUC817HVK). Updated from latest beta via app store on both of them.

I get the same with build v2.4k_r4974 which is the latest.
