I have found out (only today lol) that BetterZip was the only one I could find that was decent that did not overwrite the file dates.
Some of them had the option to keep the archive date but over wrote it anyway.
Awesome work but I have a small issue you maybe able to sort out for me.
Either opening up an existing efi folder or creating a complete new oc with your tool it always lists it as External/Internal or Beta for the version, I would not be able to use the upgrade feature when upgrading oc
This is what I run in my Mojave setup , everything works out of the box, hand off, hotspot, airdrop etc , In fact I bought two of them as I have two Mojave setups...
You know what @pastrychef you are dead right that is what I thought but was the only id I could seem to get everything to work ok, I had a play around and changed the id to 18,3 and copied in a fresh copy of of WhateverGreen and checked my iGpu settings as I thought it was set to disable. Turns...
I use iMac16,2 and everything is working perfectly. IGPU is disabled. If I stray out of this id then only hdmi works and my dp ports won't.
No injections and no WhateverGreen
Boot time is around 30 to 45 seconds I would say. My write speeds are fine for my main drive the 500gb 970 pro , There is no real settings for the nvme in the bios its just there as a drive.
Just did a speed test and this is what I am getting.
Sorry just realised the one I put up was actually an old one I used to use. The one I use now has actually been all cleaned out of all the stuff that is not needed including -lilubetaall in the startup arg.
Yes I do have to go through and remove everything that is not needed anymore, The fixshutdown was from High Sierra I think and my old hardware as when you shut down it would just restart itself.
I just have to stop being lazy and clean everything out.
