I have no idea what the problem was... after a reinstall it is working fine.

Adding USBs in DSDT made some difference for me, without it I could only see usb devices plugged into my Dell LCD USB hub... nothing on normal usb. Of course I tried plugging in the dongle everywhere... :)

Yey, issue solved. The problem was actually from the network driver :wtf: Because by default the realtek from Gigabyte H55M-UD2H is not working under 10.6, I downloaded the driver from realtek website... big mistake, issue with usb and panic when downloading from t*****ts. Then I've put back...

I've used the 10.6.2 IOUSB and of course rebuilt the cache but still no fix. Also I use vanilla 10.6.3 IOUSB (with the good DSDT), and it works ok besides this problem.

Well... actually it works :D with the kernel from http://nawcom.com/osx86/files/10.6/Kernels/10.3.0/ So the kernel above - 10.3.0 works with Core i3-530 on Gigabyte H55M-UD2H on 10.6.2. I will make the upgrade to 10.6.3 this weekend so we'll all know a fact :) My question is... does somebody...
