Does anyone know ? Intel HD 4400 should stay at 200 , even when playing video ? The only time I see max speed is on benchmark.

- done - do I need to inject usbinjectall.kext ? - it's for enabling trim on ssd - too difficult for me. I understand that you want us to learn rather to provide us with an easy answer , but can you make an exception ? Can you do that for me? Really tried and tired to get my system good to go ...

AJA shows that maximum write rate is 489 , but it is not consistent. What is happening ?

I'm facing the same thing on Windows 10. Also , I tried another ssd (Samsung 830) and it shows low write speed , too. So , maybe it has to do with my Laptop after all.
