It was as simple as disconnecting the power from both monitors, waiting a minute, and then reconnecting. They needed to cycle off so that they could be detected.
Just picked up a pair and they easily paired with my hackintosh. I have the IOgear bluetooth dongle. Connected to them through bluetooth and then selected them as output in the speaker section. Very cool!
