It's working now and saying Iris Pro. What should be the next steps to clean the installation and boot faster; maybe also removing the initial apple logo tearing?

Hi RehabMan, its been a while since I stopped using my Yosemite (which was working flawlessly) and I wanted to install OS X again, but this time there are a lot of video glitches bothering me, and I can't seem tone able to fix it. Here are the attachments:

Looks like my wireless adapter isn't supported, Qualcomm Atheros AR9565. And my Ethernet controller is a Realtek RTL8101E/RTL8102E

Hey man, unfortunately I dont have a fix for your problem. But I noticed that you were able to get the wifi running. Did you install a specific kext or did it work from stock? (I also have a dell laptop, and just wanted to know this...)

After doing the tutorial all over again, was finally able to reach the installation process. Thank you for the support.

It stopped here, after some time the spinning ball appeared. Should I keep waiting? *Edit: left it 2h alone and didn't do anything

So, I partitioned the usb stick, installed clover and the the yosemite using unibeast, but I'm not being able to install the kexts that you provided in your tutorial, when I open the Kext Wizard it doesn't give me an option to install on the clover EFI partition...
