yes, I ran the scripts and the scripts (make install) put the file on that location. But the boot got stuck. What could be the problem? And now how can I fix the USB3 issue?

Thanks RehabMan for your reply; I am sorry about not telling you about the SSDT-HACK.aml. I did put the SSDT-HACK.aml (attached here) in Clover -> ACPI -> patched. But then OSX stuck on booting at Apple Logo. I waited almost 1 hour but still it was not booting.

USB3 is not working in my setup. I am running 10.11.1. I attached my Clover Folder and System Info screenshot and extension folder screenshot. Kindly help me to fix the problem.
