I was having the same issue on my fresh install of High Sierra, but realised I had forgotten to do the post-installation Multibeast process. That fixed it.
Just installed 346.03.06f01 and tested Photoshop, and I'm not getting any of the problems that were plaguing me in earlier versions, i.e. OpenCL crashes and / or graphical tearing. Thumbs up so far!
After using both 05f01 and 05b02 and having OpenCl crashes on Photoshop I though all was lost. However 346.03.05f02 has seemed to fix the problem! Thank all the heavens!

Aw man, me too! I was really excited with everyone saying their OpenCL issues in Photoshop were fixed! I've tried both 05f01 & 05b02 on both PS CC 2014 & 2015.1 and both were crashing on resize with OpenCL turned on.

Certain processes in Photoshop CC (2014) cause a CTD when OpenCL is turned on, and I'm having a tough time figuring out why.
Examples of these processes are : Smart Sharpen, Image Resize
They all work when OpenCL box is unchecked, but obviously I'd rather have it, than not have it.
