Ok
So when I unplug GTX 980ti from the MOBO
I can actually get the visual signal from GT720.
But the next problem now is, the Apple logo stuck in the half way of the progress bar.
As discussed in other post somewhere else.
500-seires MOBO seems got no luck to enable iGPU because the lack of support from Apple.
I have a similar build Z590 vision G + i7-10700k and tried several days on this issue just to make it work on BigSur.
But got no luck and turn to grab a cheap...
Hey everyone
(and sorry for my poor English)
I just got a GT 720 with GK 208 core (which should be supported according to the buyer's guide).
And trying to use it to run on MacOS BigSur.
My current build is i7-10700k + Z590 vision G + GTX 980 Ti (for Win10) + GT 720 (for MacOS).
It turns out...
I see.
I'm planning to get this one.

The reason I take this one is just because I can buy it with around $10. A card that can push the display is good enough for me though.
So now I'm planning to get a GT630 as you suggested.
Although the gear is still on delivering, I'm still wondering how to get this work since I might need to have two display cables for each OS.
I've posted this question on a relevant thread...
I'm currently have Win10 + MacOS Big Sur running on my build.
Sadly, Z590 seems not supported by Apple for the iGPU acceleration.
While my gaming graphic cards 980ti is not supported by Big Sur, I plan to order a natively supported GT630 to get my MacOS working better.
My question here is how...
Thanks for the suggestion. Buying a graphic card is exactly what I'm considering.
And I also did some test with my build to run on High Sierra.
There are more problem other than the USB 3.0 support. Since the ethernet card on my MOBO is 225-V, it is only supported after Catalina I guess...
I'm using a MacBook Pro to do the remote log in.
And yeah, I saw you have done several discussions somewhere else on the same topic.
It turns out that it is more relevant to the support from Apple.
Now my option left is to sit and wait for some solution coming out in the future, or I should...
Just trying to understand how things work.
So now I have a booted build with no signal on the monitor.
And from remote login I'm able to see that the OS got the iGPU running. (including transparent dock, intel power gadget indicate iGPU's frequency no longer 0, etc.)
That's why I thought I...
Actually not, I've set in the BIOS that IGFX is the primary display output.
So in both OS I use a same cable (HDMI) to push the display directly from MOBO.
I've setup the app preference in Windows10 to run game on my 980ti.
Anyway, my current build is running with the -wegnoegpu flag so now the...
Yes
I've tried several platform-id including <00009B3E>.
And for the AppleDebug and ApplePanic, I turned it off when I try to disable the verbose during boot.
And here are some update after some research.
I found out that the signal lost is probably due to the iGPU is being loaded as the...
Hi guys
I have finished the installation of MacOS 11.4 (Big Sur) on my build:
CPU: i7-10700k
M/B: Gigabyte Z590 Vision G
Currently everything looks fine except that the display is quite laggy.
After doing some research I noticed that it has to do with the VRAM setup.
I have walked through...
