I'm currently have Win10 + MacOS Big Sur running on my build.
Sadly, Z590 seems not supported by Apple for the iGPU acceleration.

While my gaming graphic cards 980ti is not supported by Big Sur, I plan to order a natively supported GT630 to get my MacOS working better.
My question here is how to get this work while another of my display cable is connected to the GTX 980ti?

I wouldn't recommend that card but if you do try it make sure its Kepler GK208 and not Fermi based or it won't work.

I see.

I'm planning to get this one.

The reason I take this one is just because I can buy it with around $10. A card that can push the display is good enough for me though.

Ha, definitely not in United State.
In addition, it's just a second hand gear from my friend.
