Any update on this issue? I'm having the exact same issue with shutdown/reset (which is fine previously in ML). I'm also using DWA-125 WiFi from Dlink with ralink driver, so anybody tested that this is the cause of the issue?

That issue happens because Mac wake your sound card during boot or after some idling time, try to change your system profile to MacPro (prevent audio to sleep/idle) in Multibeast and see if that fixes the problem.

I see, thats too bad, I guess the only equivalent solution I found so far is the deepsleep widget that perform similar function to hibernate in windows, the downside to it is longer boot time, but at least I can save my last state.
