Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I have a Socket 1156 system with Xeon X3460 CPU (SSE4.2 support according to Intel). Reports I've seen suggest that AMD RX Cards don't work in macOS on my system. The problem reports suggest that it is not the lack of SSE4.2 support, but the lack of UEFI...
I installed Catalina on my Dell Latitude E6410 (NVidia Graphics). It runs GREAT! For those who are interested, Google "Latitude E6410 Catalina." If Google hasn't "found" it yet, follow the Catalina link from the Mojave thread that you found in my previous post.
@deuterium and anyone else trying to get high sierra, Mojave (and now Catalina) working on the Dell Latitude E6410 / E6510, Google "Latitude E6410 Mojave" for the solution with working sleep. I posted my solution there as user tonyx86.
Nice job. I don't have easy access to that system any more, but I'm sure I added "Enable TRIM for SSD" under the CLOVER "Kexts to Patch."

My SATA card is the IO Crest SI-PEX 40064 installed in the PCI-e x1 slot. Before I installed macOS on my system with the add-on SATA card, I had installed macOS when my SATA drive was plugged directly into one of the motherboard SATA ports (no TRIM). If you want to eliminate variables, you...
@kobi001 I did not use Unibeast or any "Beast." I prepared a macOS installation USB according to Apple's instructions and then installed CLOVER (legacy) on the USB. I booted from the macOS installation USB and installed directly using the Apple macOS installer (no other tools).
@kobi001 - I didn't do anything "special" to install the IOCrest PCIe card. However, I did not use any of the "Beast" utilities. My install was with the "vanilla" macOS installer USB (with Clover legacy bootloader).
My overclocked Biostar TH55HD has been running stable without issues for long enough to call it a success, so I wanted to report my settings:
CPU: Xeon X3460
BCLK (what my BIOS refers to as CPU CLK): 160 (up from 133)
DRAM Voltage: 1.600
CPU VCore: +.04
DRAM Timing: XMP-2...
I'm looking to upgrade to an i7-8700 that uses only the UHD 630 graphics and 2 displays. Before I purchase the parts, is there anyone in this thread who has succeeded in creating their Mojave (or Catalina) hackintosh with only UHD 630 (no discrete GPU) and multiple monitors (HDMI and DP)?
@cqrendo There are Mojave / Legacy NVidia solutions that are not supported in this forum. Since I'm not one to pretend that they don't exist, consider Google to be your friend. Just Google 'Mojave Legacy NVidia Patcher'
I'm sorry that I can't help you with getting the RX card working on your...
Have you tried different USB ports (e.g. try "rear-panel ports" instead of "front-panel" ports)? If so, hopefully someone can share the working BIOS settings for your motherboard. Your USB BIOS config might be wrong.
EDIT: @cqrendo - I took another look in the EFI folder that you posted and...
@cqrendo If you got to the boot screen, your strategy might be good enough for you. Don't worry about the no-compat-check flag. I don't see any PS2 kexts in your EFI. Are you using a USB mouse and USB keyboard?
