Thanks guys ITS WORKING!! So happy to see lion. Now just to get gfx working. I tried restalling using the usb again but the kernel kept panicking so i rebuilt the drive and now lion is working well Thanks A lot!!

Try to catch what you can of the final line that is printed before it reboots. also another argument that might fix it is GraphicsEnabler=No

apple just added support for 6xx nvida cards. might want to check those out (check the announcement in the forums too)

try a different dvd burner and/or dvd drive in my recommendation. Sounds like that is your problem.

i have seen a lot of asus motherboards need PCIRootUID=1 as an argument. Try also -v to see where it is crashing

If you ever want to be able to get all your software back (drivers, complemnetary software, etc.) you need to create your recovery disks. Keep in mind that if you ever use them it will destroy your hackintosh.

Thermal past is a must have in my opinion because it is going to transfer heat a lot better than just two metal surfaces touching, also i recommend anything other than what comes with the heatsink if you are doing things that are pushing the CPU
