Update: I have been able to get automatic sleep kinda working, but not sure what thing I changed may have caused it. I used pmset -a to disable hibernate and I removed EmuVariableUefi-64.efi. However, automatic sleep works ONLY once per boot. After I wake the system from sleep, it will not go...

From my understanding it would have to be flashed with an apple compatible firmware to get boot screen.

    OS X 10.10.4 Update

10.10.4 update broke my ATI Radeon 5750. After re-applying device id to AMDRadeonX3000.kext and AMD5000Controller.kext I still do not have hardware accelerated video. Any ideas on fixing it? EDIT: ignore me. I entered the device id wrong.

    apple remote compatibility on pc?

How were you able to install the driver in windows? I downloaded boot camp and installed the appleremote64 driver, but when I plug in the USB cable, it comes up as an unrecognized device. Plugging it into my MacMini it works, so I know I wired it correctly. Thanks for the help

MSI GT60 Mountain Lion. (Intel HD 4000 problem).

Were you able to get QE/CI with GTX 680M? And if so, how? I boot to black screen with GraphicsEnabler=Yes and it doesn't leave text mode with GraphicsEnabler=No. Worst thing is that I had it working before, but I got a new ssd and this time I can't get it to work. I previously had a...

    Odd Wake issue.

I'm also having this same issue. I made a post about it on insanelymac, titled "10.8.1 Wake From Sleep Causes System to Hang" (not sure if I'm allowed to cross site link, i'll have to check to rules.). I haven't received any replies on the topic either. If we all compare hardware maybe we...

I too have this issue with my HD5870. I have a DVI->Samsung 2333W, HDMI->Samsung T27A300 and DP->DVI (Active)->Samsung 2333W. I only get a picture on my 2 Samsung 2333W displays and nothing on the HDMI display. Tried with DVI2 instead of HDMI and had same result. I did find that if I...

    ATI HD2600 Support

The ATI.c file in the Chimera source indicates that the ATI HD 2600 is supported, however, Snow Leopard does not have support the HD 2600 cards on hackintosh. Can anyone confirm if there is actually a way to get these cards working with QE/CI in Snow Leopard?

Ati 5770 hdmi audio dsdt edit

Download DSDTSE from http://www.osx86.es/?p=610. Extract the DSDT from the system. Apply the standard fixes, DTGP, _WAK, RTC, HPET, CMOS. The hacks menu should have a small how to on each. After that, compile the DSDT and fix any errors. There is a menu above the hacks menu for help fixing...
