I was able to boot from HDD by editing the SMBIOS memory part to reflect my 1x8GB stick. Same issues as when I started though and now I don't have sound either. Attached new logs.

Ok, I cleaned up the uEFI64 drivers folder. Still same issue on boot. Files attached.

Attached. This is booting from USB. I can't get passed the +++++ signs on boot from HDD. I used kext utility to install the kexts, though I do not see them in the Extensions folder. I have also attached pics of the two clover Abouts. The white text one is from the USB. Green is HDD.
