Yes. Left the computer sitting for over an hour and now sleep is working again.. Im at a total loss..
Also when going to 0.6.4 Do we need to do this change?
*Upgrading to 0.6.4 may require additional steps when BootProtect is set to Bootstrap.
Thanks
It might be something else. Booted back with my 0.6.3 and it’s still not going to sleep now. It was working till I moved to 0.6.4. Screen will go to sleep and upon waking screen I got the log in now. This is a clean install only a week old.
Not sure what you are asking on the VNC? Am I able to...

I gave 0.6.4 a try and found that I lost sleep. Monitor will go off but no further. Upon mouse click I don't even get the password screen.
I did reset the NVRAM.
I disabled the XMP profiles. And it seems to have fixed it. But it dropped the speed of the memory. Can you set the speed of the memory manually keep the speed of the memory up? Also overclocking the cpu will cause the same problem?
Thanks again for the help.

Still not sure if I'm missing something here.. Computer sleeps just fine and stays asleep. But if I have a USB drive plugged in upon waking up I get. "Disk not ejected properly". I'm using your EFI folder for opencore 0.6.3 with my info.
But on the mapping of the ports would I have to include the ASM107x and the IOUSBHostDevices in with the mapping? EHC1 has IOUSBHostDevices on one port & EHC2 also has that. In if so does the EHC need renamed?
Im running 0.6.3 Opencore boot loader also.
Thanks again
Setting up Big Sur and trying to get this usb mapping done. But at a loss. Here is what I have so far on the mapping and whats missing. Also looks like more then one controller.
This is on a MSI z97 Gaming 7 board.
Thanks.
Even with the release ver of Big Sur i'm still getting the same kernel panic. I've remade the config.plist and tried some others, still no luck.
If anyone has a setup for a z97x killer board that works and willing to share.
Not sure if this OC boot log will help but here it is
00:000 00:000...
Never thought much about the boot apple changing size.. On boot up it goes from small to large but still boots fine.
Im running a LG 27-inch (3840 × 2160) in Big Sur. Again i know its a cosmetic fix but where or how do you set the native resolution?
Thanks
Upgrade went great.. Everything is working good. Sleep problem I was having was fixed with last update to RC. Still running a modified OC 0.6.2. Any gains by going to to OC 0.6.3?

Still having a little problem with it now staying asleep. It will go to sleep for awhile but then wakes on its own.
This is the log I pulled

I just changed out the SSDT-PLUG.aml for the one you post to restore power nap. And now I have sleep working good again.. Now just to fine tune config.plist to my setup.
Only other issue from sleep is the usb drives. When waking up from sleep I get a message (disk not ejected...
This is a clean install as of this weekend. My installer is an older version. And sleep will work, But once I do the update that came out last week I lose sleep. The monitor will go off but that's all it does.
