found a fix for the webcam which will not turn off after you exit the app. (e.g. FaceTime or Photo Booth ) edit the plist to reflect your device id and vendor id then copy the kext to S/L/E

using hwmonitor, when running on power , it always stuck at this rate. next pic shows when it is running on battery. any ideas?
