I have it disabled and have always had it disabled. I will see if changing that makes a difference. :-)

Small update. It is the upgrade to 10.15.5 that has caused the problem for Parallels. I downgraded Whatevergreen, lilu, Virtualsmc and AppleALC one notch - I updated them as I updated the OS - and the problem is the same. I had none problems before the upgrade of the OS or the different kexts...
