Removed WavTap, audio input is working but the "white noise" is still there... thankfully its level is much lower. Also removed Android File Transfer. Thanks for your help once again RehabMan.

I'm having issues with both the built-in mic and the line-in port for external mic. In SysPrefs>Sound, the built-in mic shows continuous audio being registered, even in a completely quiet area with ambient noise reduction on. The line-in port, however, seems like it should be functioning...

Removed old version of VoodooPS2Controller in S/L/E, rebuilt kext cache, followed this guide very carefully and now all is well

How can I remove any older versions from the EFI partition if I can't get MacOS to boot properly?

The one I used was RehabMan-Voodoo-2017-0722.zip, which was the latest version on Bitbucket. Oh no... I mistakenly forgot about the shell scripts. Is it possible to install the developer tools from Terminal in the Recovery partition?

Okay I added the kexts for FakeSMC, GenericUSBXHCI, RealtekRTL8111, and VoodooPS2Controller to Clover/kexts/Other. Sierra has been installed but now I get a kernel panic, screenshot attached.

I'm still on Yosemite and I ran into the same problem when trying to upgrade. "Problem Reporting" files are attached.

Okay, I fixed the chainloading problem with a fresh install but the USB3 problem is still there. New ioreg attached.

The one attached in post #130 was a new file. I'm thinking of updating Clover to 3142 and creating a new ioreg afterwards to see if that resolves the issue.

Must be chainloading then. Any way to fix that without doing a clean reinstall? This is getting frustrating...

I followed those instructions exactly and used the same version of ioreg that was linked. I noticed that org.chameleon.Boot.plist is still in the Extra folder, maybe that's why it's showing up? screenshot attached, had to convert it to jpg because the original bmp file size was too large.
