Yes, your chipset is different. Search a guide for z97x installation.

Im on Step 6 #29, during the reboot the computer just shut off. I see the apple logo and as it's booting up, about half way through it shuts off.

Update: I am able to get into Clover and Recover so far.
Update: Here is a screen shot when running Verbose mode:

Also, Verbose, safe, without cache or injected kexts all render the same result.

Update: I am able to dual boot into my Win HD. Maybe I can access the OSX hard disc and remove whatever was added during step 28?

Update: I just restarted the process and it works fine.

Also my root directy says "Name"'s Mac mini. Don't know if that's an easy thing to change?

Clicking about this Mac says Mac pro however.

Thank you Baja-king so much.

However, the frequency of the memory is not correct. It was DDR3 1866MHz while I installed by Unibeast. Now it's DDR3 1777MHz. See the screenshot below,

Wow! What a great guide Baja-King!
It went without a hitch.
I have been building Hacks for 6+ years and this was my first Clover.
I have been running almost identical hardware for almost 2 years on ML, then Mavericks and today went to Yosemite. iMessage is not a big deal for me on the hacks as I have real Macs also but the rest of iCloud is kind of a big deal for me since I frequently remote in with Back to my Mac when I'm out.
Everything installed without issue and I am currently using the Migration Assistant to transfer everything over.
I use mine strictly for video processing and don't even have speakers connected to it.
I also have a ga-z97x-UD5H on Yosemite that I used MB to setup and took a couple days to get it to run smooth. It has occasional issues that are annoying, usually coming out of sleep. I will be redoing that one with Clover next and I hope it goes as smooth as this did using your guide. At least I now have a (very) basic understanding of the Clover process.

Update:
After using the migration assistant, I have decided it would have been better to just manually install the programs and settings. It got all jacked-up and although I got it to run, I decided to just revert to the backup I made after initial installation.
