Thank you. Works good! Crashed after five
minutes till I used some of the clover patches. Needed this for this mobo cause the sound died after molex meltdown accident
with pcie converters.. Boots pretty fast still for what it is. Thanks again..

Which tutorial should i follow to enable HDMI audio to my LCD from my PNY nVidia GTX 680?

Not sure if possible, but on 7 series intel c210, with connexant audio. Had applied a layout 12 patch or the like to get a patched applehda recognizing the onboard sound. Not sure what method would work. Using Ami patches for laptop seems it is canceling out the onboard plus not working. the bios is insydeh20

Try AMI-HD4000-Laptop-FB_03-A3.
Edit dsdt/HDEF layout-id to 0x0c, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00.

not sure understood correctly. There are two parts of the patch 2 and 3? Tried whole thing and got object not exist errors "igpu" So applied just the second part not sure that was right.

What is different between the dsdt and the previous?
Part 1 is missing in your dsdt.
However, IGPU has a Method (_DSM...; not possible to patch the dsdt for HDMI audio.

I changed it to iasl v5
and got it to patch with one single error and that was operator has no effect. I took out that part and got
no error.

Even with posting the unedited native dsdt? Possibly a bios setting and a new dsdt? However I was told not to touch the video setting by the person that unlocked the bios. Could have a thing to do with the quality of the applehda patch?
