I have the same card and it's crashes all the time since updated to 10.8.3. Already found no solutions to fix this issue, you'd better to replace it with e.g. GT 640... If you sell your current card you won't have to pay a lot additionally... I think that's what I will do.

I took your advice and replaced my GTS 450 with GTX 650 ti. WooooooooW, unbelievable. Now everything is working like charm. Sleep and wake up without any issues. Even the WOL is working . the USB3.0 is also working very well after 10.8.3 with LaCie driver. I have this board "GA-X58A-UD5 FE"

I only problem that I faced while doing fresh installation is the UniBeast. It gives me a white screen with the GTX 650 ti. I had to insert the old one to complete the installation, then installing the MultiBeast with GraphicsEnabler=No. After that, I inserted the 650 again and here is the lovely ML without a single problem so far.

I've had good results with my EVGA GTX 670 in 10.8.3. In fact, I was unable to get it to work at all under 10.8.2, but it seems to work fine in 10.8.3. I haven't tested HDMI audio out, so I can't speak to that. My audio comes from the MB, so I'm happy as a clam.

Confirmed a GTX 650 Ti working under Mac OS X 10.8.3 (clean app store install) - dual monitor isn't working, though.

Confirmed here. ML 10.8.3 & Gigabyte GTX 660 OC: works like a charm. Obviously, GRAPHICS ENABLER = NO. Using Clover EFI boot loader...

The 650 Ti works OOB on 10.8.2 and also 10.8.3. Great cuda support built in.

Why is it that the ATI 7xxx boards have so many compatibility issues and require major tweaking just to get past the white screen?

Before the 10.8.3, my nvidia GTX 660 was well recognised with nvidia drivers and CUDA installed.
What does the 10.8.3 bring for my card ?

If you have a GTX 660, can you run the last version of iMovie and say me if it crashes or not ? On my machine it crashes on 10.8.2 and now on 10.8.3.
It's crash free with my HD 4000

Just ordered a GTX 660 to replace my GTX 560Ti after the continous struggle with NVDA channel timeout lockups. I'll let you know results when i receive the card.
I'm hoping to solve the current issues with this card once and for all...

A new install with 10.8.3, Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3, Gigabyte GTX 660 oc, doesn't really work.
After sleep, the system in not responsible. Must do a reset.
After a shutdown via Apple Logo->turn off. (Ausschalten ...) the system boots ca. five times befor comming up with the OS.
Mabye a problem because off Samsung SA850 (2560x1440) monitor, connected via DisplayPort.
HWMonitor only show drive temps. Bought the GTX 660 because I could not get HD3000 to work.
The IGFX is disabled in the BIOS.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
