I thank you for making your own build thread and showing the awesomeness in action sprinkled with music dust

I have to say, thank you for building a studio for me - it' s much appreciated.   :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Congratulations! Your outstanding build description and recording studio project has set the bar high for the rest of us.

I am humbled by your recording studio. My simple recording system of a PreSonus Inspire & Firebox Firewire interfacing my guitars, amps and vocals to GarageBand is pale in comparison to yours (he mumbles as he opens his Sam Ash and Muscians Friend catalogs...).

What are you using as audio interface for the DAW software ?

Wow, great build and a fantastic studio.
Where can we hear your music?

It says in the first post, Apogee Symphony I/O + Symphony 64 PCIe card.

Very cool!

Glad to see you're running well with Pcie. I'm running a Lynx Aurora via FW with a similar setup and it runs well, but not perfect. Its a p67 mobo and i've tried the onboard FW and the syba TI card.

I guess i'm going to have to byte the bullet and go PCIe.

Here's my digs:
