New install for ASUS TUF Gaming Z790-Plus WiFi D4 w/i7-13700K CPU

I have the EFI loaded now, sleep doesn't work at all and I loose Bluetooth and WiFi after trying it but I have just seen your BIOS settings so will alter mine to match and re-try...
Of course, it may be necessary to customize the installation, I just tried to provide a starting point

Thanks, much appreciated.

What other hardware have you installed please, I need to read up on what you have included in the EFI and why to see if I need it.

You're welcome...

Hardware :
* TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI D4
* Intel 13700K
* MSI 6600XT
* Fenvi T919
* WD 1TB Black SN850
* 4 x16GB G.Skill Ripjaws 3200MHZ DDR4
* Noctua NH-U14S
* Corsair RM1000 PSU
* Several HDDs and SSDs for storage
That's all...
Please don't forget NVRam Reset on OC Start Screen, for every changes and also do it SIP Disabled

If you use it by updating the motherboard BIOS or by doing a CMOS Reset if it is up to date, this EFI will work as I did. If you're using Airportitlwm, I've never tried it but the GitHub page has very clear explanations.
I also leave my USB mapping below. The explanations are in Turkish but I think it's understandable. (I disabled the AURA connected to the USB bus because it doesn't make any sense to the Mac.)
I hope that will be useful...

I think (Hope) I have finally understood USBMap well enough to finalise the mapping, I disabled anything that isn't used in macOS which left me with 14 ports available for use. Should the section above the ports also be populated with something more than ??? please?

You are good, Hackintool doesn't recognize the controller so it defaults to ???. I did notice some of the ports are commented as USB2.0 but the Connector is set as USB3 (which I believe is correct as the board doesn't have any external USB2.0 connectors, only internal headers ). Just curious why and wondering if your set up sleeps now? Looks good from here though.

Yes thanks, sleep seems to finally work but do still have to press to wake and then press again to turn the monitor on about 10 seconds later.

I did try it without XHCI-Unsupported.kext as I read it wasn't required once USBMap.kext was sorted but that stopped sleep working again.

I also added SSDT-RHUB-Reset.aml that was created which might have helped?

By the way I am using "TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI D4 BIOS 0810".
