Are any of you experiencing audio problems in FaceTime where the format drops to 32KHz and the sound is garbled? If so, is there a permanent fix, and how did you do it?

I haven't plugged my webcam in yet but will hopefully have a go this weekend if not before, I currently have it using HDMI audio too.
