Okay so I mapped my USB ports and made USBPorts.kext as per your guide but still facing same issue of sudden restart after waking up from sleep, and also it takes time to get into sleep mode.
you seem to have 6 internal usb devices in your laptop (according to your USBPorts.kext)... what are they all?
I removed other Internal Usb devices except those 2 bluetooth and webcam and still facing the same issue of sudden restart after wake from sleep

Yes, on apple logo it says "Your computer restarted because of a problem, Press a key or wait a few seconds to continue starting up" and once booted it gives another message that says "Your computer was restarted because of a problem" with 2 options of Report and Cancel.
I found a solution for sudden restart here on below link but still with no luck
