I've never owned a 3070 but it's likely that Dell has hidden some BIOS / UEFI settings. CFG should be unlocked and DVMT increased to 64MB. These are pretty much mandatory for any Dell that you run Monterey on. Other settings can be discovered too.

I suppose you misunderstood patching BIOS and hacking BIOS settings? Which you are talking about?

Here's the official instructions when using Windows to update the BIOS. Put in your Service tag to make sure that you download the correct BIOS. The SFF and MT models use a slightly different BIOS.

Guys this is the model iam using, it does not have any serial ports
