Z690 Chipset Motherboards and Alder Lake CPU

Envious! We used to have a MicroCenter in Silicon Valley (Santa Clara), but they closed down several years ago. Now that Frys is closed, I am really hoping that MicroCenter comes back...
@CaseySJ, we can solve that my friend....simply relocate the family to NJ. We have quite a lot of room on the compound!!!:lol::lol:

Just Purchased the first piece of what might become my new 'Killer' built:

- MSI Radeon RX 6900 XT Gaming Z Trio 16G - (Got a a very good promotion on this graphics today here in Portugal. Bought it cheaper then RX 6800)

- Intel i9-12900K

- Noctua NH-U12s Chroma Black

- Power supply: Undecided

Asus ProArt Creators is the MB that mot appeals me, since has 10Gbe Ethernet and Thunderbolt 4.... and it has a sexy look :)

Asus ProArt Z690 Creator is available in France where I am...

Do they have online store? Can't find it anywhere yet. I see it listed in a few websites but still unavailable...

Hopefully you guys will help me once I extract the ACPI stuff :D
If you extract the ACPI tables and post them here, we can always have a look. But at this stage it is getting slightly boring… These first generation Z690 boards are pretty much all the same at ACPI level. The only relevant custom element I've seen so far was in @CaseySJ 's Gigabyte Z690 Aero G: Contrary to other motherboards, it has a PNP0200 DMA Controller (= no need for SSDT-DMAC to enable AppleVTD).

Did you tried SSDT-PLUG-ALT.aml?
We saw that, but found a problem:

The value 0x00000510 is not valid for Z690. For B550 (AMD Ryzen) the value is 0x00000810.

in Amazon France it was available since 27/10. Now there is only one available and it is sold by Amazon UK to Amazon France, a little weird :) free delivery of course..

@etorix,

Attached is the ACPI dump from OpenCore (SysReport) for my Gigabyte Z690 Aero G. I do not believe it contains a DMAC device (or PNP0200), but you're welcome to look.

My Asus X99 Deluxe II, however, does have a DMAC device in DSDT.

DDR5 Kingston Fury beast Black CL40 5200Mhz unavailable in Europe but available in Romania! heheheheheh No offence. And I think Noctua NH-U12s Chroma Black it is a bit to small for i9-12900K. I read it need serie NH-U15. Good luck and boa sorte!
