Intel NUC 10 Frost Canyon

Exactly.

I haven't scrutinised pierpaolo2395's EFI so far, but first look wouldn't find something extra we didn't know here.
Framebuffer isn't native, audio isn't native, what reason to use USBinjectALL and then to limit USB ports by USBport.kext... The only interesting stuff for me is the use of graphics patch (I don't know what it does - "AAPL,GfxYTile" for UHD630) and extra kext for TB3 (IOElectrify.kext).

By the way - I didn't say above TB3 hot plug doesn't work - it works - I meant that if you have some TB3 device attached (dock station in my case) it wouldn't be recognised after reboot - I need to re-plug it.
Try my EFI, and you will see that you will not find anything that will not go ...
unfortunately certain hardware limits do not allow to push on the performance especially of the iGPU.
In TB3 obviously you can connect an eGPU that works perfectly.

Sure I will give a try, as soon as I understand the changes - any ideas?

Horrible graphics performance in comparison to the coffee lake NUCs that are two generations older. Somethings off
Unfortunately, the difference is very significant compared to the NUC8.

We know very well that at the hardware level, the UHD 630 has lower performance than the IRIS Graphics mounted on the NUC8.

However, I can guarantee you that the performance is very similar between Win and Mac on the NU10.

so the EFI is done correctly on the iGPU side.

It is currently the best EFI around.

The changes are incorporated in the SSDT.
Power Management is done correctly.
The fans can be controlled via SW.
Furthermore, the iGPU part is the best around; I personally ran a test with Windows, with updated drivers and I got very similar results.

which EFI are you using
Mine, I've posted it here and use it with no changes since last post. I'am on last Big Sur now. Everything is OK in general, but I seldomly restart NUC.

Here is the last I use
But please check in config.plist what is enabled before comment. Some stuff wasn't removed during the tests (as well as in your EFI) and they were just disabled to load/execute

Ok, but, if you Try my EFI, you remove this ;)

iGPU side does not change anything
