Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

No I did not. I will try that

Which install page are you talking about? Mojave one?
Did you 1st check that the new EFI created with OC 0.66 is able to boot your Catalina (before creating the Mojave one)?
Yes it will boot Catalina fine. The EFI seems fine. I found OC config app had a hide Verbose enabled. I disabled hide. See if that activates it.

I have an AMD RX580 for graphics. Do you think that might have an issue during install? I heard it can be buggy during installation.

Honestly I think you are in a better position than me as your RX580 is fully supported by Mojave and my RX5700XT is not :) . Despite that I was able to install it, but I can't modify the default display (as shown in my screenshot).
Give a try and report any comments.

Did you remove any other SSD's or hard drives when you did the install? This might be causing issues.

I did not remove/add anything. Just created a Mojave container on one of my Sata HD and, after install menu asked me, chose this container for the install. Once again it was OK at the 1st try.

I will keep messing with it. Thanks for the help.

EDIT: I read somewhere else that I can ignore the following error.

Hi,
I'm trying to create a bootable installer with OpenCore Configurator for a Z490 Vision G.
I'm on a Gigabyte Z87X-UD5 TH right now, and I get the following error when starting OpenCore Configurator.
The bootloader looks like it is not installed or your NVRAM isn't native.

Does anyone happen to know what I should do?
Thank you

thanks for your fast reply. Umm, I have to admit that I haven't yet configured the USB Ports. I will do so now following the guide here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/the-new-beginners-guide-to-usb-port-configuration.286553/ and see if that helps.
@CaseySJ I tried following the guide, but came across a problem. I started on the front USB connectors, but the first one I tried accepts only USB2.0 although it should be USB3.2 according to the labeling on the MB:

Hackintool shows as follows. When an USB3.0 stick is inserted, nothing happens. Shouldn't there be a SS09 entry for that?

You were right !
The ß2 has been successfully installed and has the 20E5686d version.
Then I have been able to install the full version downloaded on Apple servers.
This version does not have the same build number but this one 20E5686e.
Does it mean that developers are trying to track the bugs coming either from the update build or the fresh install one?

The difference between the 'd' and 'e' version is that the new one checks that you have enough free disk space to be able to complete the install. Previous versions of Big Sur did not check this beforehand so could lead to disk corruption if it ran out of space. They have also re-released the main version (11.2.1) to fix this bug.
