The only Thunderbolt settings I have on the BIOS are Enabled/Disabled (its enabled) and Security Level, which I changed to No Security.
Yes, all of the cables are definitely 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 3 cables. The drive is a OWC Thunderbay 4 RAID. I can daisy chain drives through the additional TB3 port on the back of the RAID (only when I boot up with RAID attached which again is also the only way I can get the RAID to mount.)
Which TB3 dock do you have? I have the OWC Thunderbolt 3 Dock. Can't get it to work at all.
