I resolved it by installing clover version 5107.

Thanks donw35 , tried all drives (inc ... data) - but result on reboot and rollback to 10.15.3.
Maybe its related to my HD4600 and my clover definitions, I m using iMac15,1

I'm having problems updating on Intel HD4600 too, resulting in a kernel panic shortly after the first reboot. My system definition is iMac14,2.

I had same problem but after update to lastest Clover and kexts, my issue is resolved. Hope to help you

Clover 5103 cause that issue
I updated to lastest 5107, everything work well

I fixed that problem by adding AptioMemoryFix driver in clover EFI folder. For some reason it was missing...
Installation went smooth after that!

It's not rocket science - Click Install Anyway.

Ok fixed
Easy fix, the problem was with dual display configuration. Just removed HDMI (used the DVI Monitor). Restart install. 2º reboot have to choose the ...data drive option on clover. Voilá no more interaction until finish
