Guys, can anybody comment the statement that Clover/ACPI/patched must be empty during the installation of MacOS? Then if you install Clover on SSD and move all the patches into SSD/EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched you get fully working trackpad. I have 2 confirmations from other people that using this method helps to get S340's trackpad working. Otherwise the trackpad doesn't work. For example I installed MacOS using USB with the whole EFI folder from Github and my trackpad doesn't work.

sounds about right

make sure to use correct kext for your trackpad
 
If this works then you are my hero, having to use a mouse was getting to me. I may give it a try tomorrow.

What's the difference between installing with and without Clover/ACPI/patched?
sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't
