Yes they are, for buttons...follow above thread.

Attached CLOVER & Kexts to be installed into L/E (I recommend hackintool for this).
Don't forget to generate your own serial number and SmUUID before connection to imessages,...

Your graphics card is not the one I have.
You have to change, probably not exhaustive, in config.plist:

• Product Name to MacBookPro14,1
• AAPL,ig-platform-id to 00001659 or another one (the ones available are listed by hackintool)

For the graphic part, I recommend you to start from a fresh config.plist from RehabMan if it doesn't work after the above modifications. I have patched the framebuffer connector 2 to get this port as hdmi and not dp, then audio works.
You might need different modifications.

MLB I don't think so. But you must select the one the closest to your config.

For DSDT patching, I strongly recommend you to do it.

I didn't see the X270 added within your Info.plist in Archive.zip
