Update Directly to macOS Catalina

Hello. I have the same problem. Have you find the solution? Thanks
I ran into that. I had to do a fresh install from USB. For me it was because my Mojave was Using HFS. Catalina must have APFS I beleive. My Mojave would not let me do a convert to APFS. SO I hade to erase the Partitions and apply APFS, then install from USB. Fresh install is Perfect.

While trying to do clean install following exactly instructions from https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...catalina-public-beta-installation-usb.278188/ I finally managed to pass the error of circle with line across, the usb Is loading but now stuck with the apple logo while the line reached the end but stacked there, see photo. any solution to pass this and to get to the installer screen? Mainboard: ASUS p8z68-v lx. Intel processor. Graphic. Nvidia Geforce gt 710 Thanks

You must boot in verbose mode in order to capture any information that may be useful for diagnosis of the problem.

Pilgrim Thank you, can you write me please how can I access to verbose mode?

experiencing an odd problem. Installer downloads and starts but does not create an Install MacOS . Just a preboot and regular startup.
I use three drives. One primary, one for backup of drive which I keep current for safety and one test which is a copy(with CCC) of my primary. I use test to work out any install issues and then upgrade primary. All installs and updates to this point have been without issue. Im at a loss as to why it won't work. All kexts and Clover are updated to latest versions. Mojave works perfectly. Any ideas?
After a little more research it appears to create the install Data Folder with all proper install files but on reboot Clover fails to recognize or show the "Install MacOS" option

I had the same Problem. Just fixed it.
Pressing F3 in the Clover Bootmenu shows every bootable Partition and it should also show the installer.

At the Clover boot menu press the space bar and select verbose mode from the list.
