That fixed the title problem but the computer still won't boot without the USB, do you know a reason that it could be doing that? it panics and restarts, but it doesn't do that when I have the 2014 MBP plist installed. Thanks for helping me out

Make sure that the kexts in your system clover are the same as your kexts in your usb clover. Additionally, make sure that the patched ACPI files match too.

Awesome, everything works as expected, but I do have one last question, is there anyway to get the combo jack working? I am wondering because I am pretty sure it is compatible with Mac OS.

I'm having the same problem with the combojack, hopefully when Catalina is out this fall we can find a way to make it work.

Hello, since you're also using AppleALC, can you check if your CPU Frequency is going down? I have this issue with AppleALC where my CPU Freq. is stuck at 3.1GHz.

Intel power gadget shows normal cpu clock speed adjustments, why do you think AppleALC is affecting yours?

When AppleHDA is running, CPU Frequency is stuck at 3.1GHz. When I uninstall it, normal CPU Clock speeds. My current fix is to put the computer to sleep, then back on so that CPU Speeds are normal while having AppleHDA.

Hmm, what do you mean by "when AppleHDA is running"?
I have the default AppleHDA.kext in S/L/E, and AppleALC along with a custom CodecCommander.kext in my clover kext folder.
