Tell me what you need. I’m in 10.14.4 currently.
First try,
you should confirm your have in AMDRadeonX5000.kext and AMDRadeonX5000HWServices.kext /System/Library/Extensions
you should change clover configuration's ati id to 694C if your device is 8809g or 694E if your device is 8705g

or you should try Vega 20's code(may not be work cause the VegaMGH is Polaris 22) or similar id that use the same architecture
according to this page https://www.notebookcheck.net/Radeon-Pro-Vega-20-vs-Vega-M-GH_9391_8474.247598.0.html

if this does not work, you may need to change AMDRadeonX5000.kext's info.plist
add 694c and 694e forcely in info.plist and AMDRadeonX5000HWServices.kext's plist, to see if it works

if this does not work, there should be long story, and maybe can not drive currently

here is the thought

1. if we can change the the clover configuration, that is best

2. if not work we find some architecture very similar in the drive code

3.if not work we try to modify driver info.plist to see if works

4.if above all failed, there should be a long story

It’s normal when you get only HDMI audio when using AppleALC.
VoodooHDA is only capable of handling rear jack audio. The AppleALC is only capable of handling HDMI audio. It depends on your choice
Thanks. I chose HDMI finally.

I've tried changing the clover configure to 694e and it dont drive.

then tried editing the PCI list in info.plist in both kextes and still not drives.

that is too sad, current solution is use id 67DF
according to the follow link
used architecture is Ellesmere [Polaris10]
the 8809g is arch Polaris 22
so may be use other id that exist in the plist but newer one
such as Polaris 11(67E9) or Polaris 20(
6FDF Polaris 20 XL [Radeon RX 580 2048SP]

may not work I think)

if it no use, the only hope is next version of macos

did you try 67EF instead of 67DF
I use 67DF when I was using 10.14.4. Now I'll try 67EF but I'm at 10.14.5 already. I'm still looking forward to what you mentioned about the vega m support.

may be a mistake, that I could misunderstanding the Vega M which is not Polaris 22 architecture
I read this thread from the beginning, seemed the 67DF is also a try and lucky guess.
Yesterday, I try to figure out something from nuc's windows driver, I do not think anything worth try yet, if you have time, you can dig into it too, maybe I lost something valuable.

I went back to 10.14.4 and got everything working except the colors are way off and I don't know how to fix it. I am getting full graphics acceleration and no garbled text in any app, everything is flawless except the colors of course. Taking suggestion, help me to get rid of it god awful color. I want me blue back.
How did you manage to fix the scrambled text in safari?

Hey Guys, sorry I was out and didn't update on this. So, I just got excited without doing much testing and posted that comment. I later found out even though the System Info does show 4 GB of graphics memory it is not getting any GPU acceleration. I'm sorry about the confusion, I should have run benchmark tools first.
