fresh install from app store , i made the installer on my hp elitebook from description using mac os mojave 10.14 , i followed your guide ,using your clover github

the only way is to download all xcode 6gb from app store ?

Must be something weird about your internet service provider.

Xcode is one way. Or you can download and install just git itself.

Dear RehabMan, I tried to install Mojave on my laptop, all went fine until last 2 minute of the installation, it suddenly rebooted showing the following error:

failed to send exception exc_corpse_notify error code 5

I have included necessary .kext, .efi, config.plist.

You can wake from sleep in that scenario by opening the lid.

The bluetooth controller is a USB device, and in this guide we disable "wake on USB", so any USB device, whether it is a USB keyboard, mouse, or bluetooth controller cannot trigger a wake.

Thank you!

I ticked the box "Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when display is off" and that seems to prevent Bluetooth from dying. I can now wake my external monitor using my magic trackpad with my laptop lid closed. I will keep an eye on this as a possible long term solution...

One more thing, can I used same SSD which is in Elitebook 840 G2 will not install from scratch instead will configure Clover and Config files. will that work?

I have a 840g3 as well. How did you solve the lack of WiFi? Which card did you get?

Thanks.

I installed the BCM94352Z card, works fine in windows (drivers are automatically installed) and in OSX following this guide.

Please help when you have time, last time when I installed High Sierra installation went fine just using tony's High Sierra guide guide, although I had some other issues like touch pad, keyboard not working and etc.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Sorry. Required files are now attached.

There should be no kexts/10.14 directory.
According to misc/preboot.log, your version of Clover is extremely old.

That will disable automatic sleep. Apple->Sleep will still work to sleep the laptop.

What do you mean by "Bluetooth... dying"?
