Note: You do not have the latest ACPIBatteryManager.kext installed (current version is 1.90, you have 1.81.4).

You might wanna try my 'beta' branch. It uses VirtualSMC.kext and SMCBatteryManager.kext.

Last charge was under Windows when it showed me 90% against 100% in OSX. I'll test now to work for some time on battery and charge it after that to 100%. Then I'll check those values in IOReg.

After about 10 minutes discharging and charging up to 100% here is the values from IOReg:
CurrentCapacity: 0xdc7
MaxCapacity: 0xe0f
FullyCharged: False

But energy monitor shows "Battery is charged".

You didn't attach any PR files.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Keep in mind specific ACPI/patched content required when using a hotpatch plist.
The two (config_y520.plist and corresponding ACPI/patched/*) go together.

And in any case, PR files will be required to determine what you're actually doing.
