Internal Panel has no screen

No idea what you mean by that.

but responds as a poor touch screen.

USB Touchscreens are always single touch only (relatively useless). Best to disable the port associated with the touchscreen.

I can't detect it as a monitor nor run any video through it when hdmi is not plugged in.

Audio is screwed up (using Voodoo now.)

The ioreg shows audio working (with VoodooHDA.kext).
If you expect help on other configurations you may be trying, PR files must represent that scenario.

I’ll rerun without voodoohda later.

I'll try the backlight, but it appears like the panel has a backling runnig it just doesn't see the panel as a screen at all. only the hdmi port.

I still have no screen detected on the laptop monitor (backlight is on with a black screen.)

Your backlight configuration is wrong. You have (added) PNLF in DSDT.aml. As per guide, you must use only SSDT-PNLF.aml.
