In the D.4 - 7 when reboot, I select the new icon and the black screen with Apple logo appears with the progress bar but after a few seconds, the screen above came.

Thank you,
Gus

Try to fix that.. this error is abnormal..

Good luck,

KGP

At least I’m receiving a different error! Any idea what might be happening? I have approximately the same hardware as the guide (and an Optane stick in the M.2 drive).

I’m currently using OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi. Is there a new version of one of the kexts? Everything worked until Optane, but uninstalling and physically removing Optane from the M.2 did not resolve the error, so I’ll work around it. OSX was working great before for many months. I have Intel RST disabled when trying to get back into OSX.

For LeukippOs
Much unnecessary! As an example, look at my folders. Just look, do not repeat!
There is also a question to your folder /kexts...

P.S. Sorry for my English, I use the Google translator

Hey Guys,

I am still stucked on D.4 -7.
After select the Hard Drive the system reboot and I select the Hard Drive to continue the process, Start the black screen with Apple logo and I got the message that "The installer resources were not found" and sometimes saying the target is too small.

I already redo the pendrive several times, download directly from Appstore, I checked the size of the content is 5gb up, did via Terminal and Disk Creator. I got the same message all the time.

What could I be doing wrong?

Thank you,
Gus

@Leukipp0s and others having these kinds of boot problems.
Maybe it's worth trying to reset the NVMRAM?
Howto: in Clover Boot Screen press F1 and then F11 - reset NVRAM

This helped me some time ago in a situation i didn't quite remember what it was exactly.
But it was related to some problem with booting MacOS.

Unfortunately didn't work for me.

2.a.) Most ATI GPUs, e.g. RX Vega 64, RX Vega Frontier, RX 580, RX 560 are natively implemented. However, it is commonly recommended not to use RX 560 and RX 580 GPUs due to the lacking iGPU implementation when using SMBIOS iMacPro1,1.
Awesome work. Thank you for helping me accomplish my x299e-ITX build.
RX Vega 56/64 use a lot of power and create very high heat in ITX case.
Do you recommend RX570 for less power consumption and lower noise level?
Thanks.

I don't know about the RX570 but the RX580 has an iGPU for sure , which is not supported by SMBIOS iMacPro1,1..
I did not witness any heat or noise problems with the Nitro+ Vega 64 though..
