Here's the config.plist. Maybe I'm missing something else there? Thanks for looking.

You see, that's the problem... I cannot access BIOS, CBM and I do not see the Apple load screen. It is all black screen until the Log In screen.Have you tried this? In bios set PEG as primary and leave multimonitor active and 64Mb allocated memory. Then remove inject intel and the ig ID. Use RX card and the kexts and see what happens.

Thanks, will give that a try tomorrow, when the brain is less fuzzy. "Remove Intel Graphics", what do you mean?Connect to the motherboard and make the switch then connect to the RX card after reboot. We used to have to use IGPU to get th RX cards to work in Sierra before WEGkext and rad deinit. That’s how we did it was either 2 monitors or. Dual input and switch from Mobo to vCard after boot. Now you can just set vCard as primary and see the whole boot process.

Will let you know tomorrow. Thank you.In clover boot menu, but once you set PEG as primary in bios it should not show up as an option in clover boot menu screen.
1). Connect monitor to motherboard.
2). Hold delete key to enter bios.
3). Set PEG as primary display output in “peripherals” section.
4). Save changed and reboot. The Motherboard connection should be black screen so connect to vCard to see boot options.

I have been looking through the forum but have yet to come across this problem.
What should I look for in BIOS?If it's black all the way until you get to the login screen, I don't think it has anything to do with the hackintosh settings. It's probably either (1) a BIOS setting or (2) a hardware issue.
